shoutBelieve it or not, this blog is now inching closer and closer to its seven year anniversary. Finding someone who has consistently week after week blogged for over six years is difficult to find, much less someone that has dedicated the postings to igniting the Holy Spirit’s fire in those ministering in children’s ministry and the Body of Christ at large.

One subject that I have written about several times is the importance of using your voice to initiate revival. Take a minute and read the blog post “Revival is Waiting for the Sound of Your Voice” (January 8, 2008)”. I shared about the three benefits of using your voice in Commandment #6 of the “Ten Commandments of the Supernatural” (March 26, 2012).

We’ve been silent far too long. It’s time for those of us longing a move of God’s Spirit among our children to use our voice and declare what God has to say about the children in our home and ministry. And, let me it very clear. I’m not talking about just meditating. To quote from the television laundry detergent commercial, “For tough stains, you need to SHOUT it out.” Passionately use your voice. It’s time for some shouting!

To make it simple for you, I’ve listed some verses to read aloud. From these verses, daily remind God, yourself, and all of Hell  about what is forever established in God’s Word. Here is what God said about the children in YOUR home and ministry.

I will pour out water for the thirsty land and make streams flow on dry land.
I will pour out my Spirit into your children and my blessing on your descendants.”
Isaiah 44:3 (New Century Version)

My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I put in your mouth will not leave you.
They will be with your children and your grandchildren permanently,” says the LORD.”
Isaiah 59:21 (God’s Word for Today)

“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh;
and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy …”
Joel 2:28 (King James Version)

“But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass
in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:
and your sons and  your daughters shall prophesy …”
Acts 2:16-17 (King James Version)

” … and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you,
and to your children …”
Acts 2:38-39 (King James Version)

It’s time to raise our voice. It’s time to quote the Word of God over THIS generation of children. There should be a shout coming out of our spirit through our voice that reaches into the heavenlies and down into the pits of darkness. This is THE generation of the Holy Ghost!

I’ll close for now. I’ve got some shouting to do.
