How real is the Holy Spirit to you? For many, the Holy Spirit is Someone they kind of know exists but can’t provide much information about. To others, He is just a part of a religious creed occasionally recited in liturgical church services. Others have reduced God’s Spirit to being nothing more than a force or mystical, invisible, unknowable entity.
I will ask again. How real is the Holy Spirit to you? This is such an important question. You see, your answer will determine the level of your relationship with Him. Know that the Holy Spirit will never be real through you until He is real to you! His realness through will never be greater than His realness to.
Believer, I challenge you to not just know about Him. Instead, actually KNOW Him. Walk with an awareness of His presence in you. Live with the sensitivity expressed by Kathryn Kuhlman — “He’s more real to me than you are”.
