In a day where it is common to have dry-cleaner churches where you are in by 9 out by 10 and the people in the churches are time-conscious, self-conscious, or possibly unconscious, there is a cry across the land for one last move of God’s Spirit. Dissatisfaction with the status quo is rising, sweeping across denominational and undenominational boundaries. Age boundaries are shattering as children, youth, and adults are longing for more of God’s Spirit. There is a sound penetrating into the heavenlies for one more rain to flood our churches and people. Like blind Bartimaeus of days of old, there is a cry of desperation that won’t be denied. The sound of “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me” is growing louder and louder and louder.
I’m writing this post to let you know that you are not alone. The birthing pains of a powerful move of God’s Spirit is causing people just like you to get up, leave comfort behind, and make desperate moves to facilitate the birth of this last day outpouring. You are joining with the multitudes that will see this latter rain.
I know that you’ve read this numerous times in this blog and heard it in our Ignite the Supernatural Conferences. But, it bears repeating. This is the day of the Holy Ghost. This is His day to do what has never been done before, launch what has never been imagined possible, and shake the very core of the Church. This is His day.
In the next few weeks, I will announce the great change in our personal lives and ministry to be a part of this outpouring. Major results come from major steps of obedience and faith. Now that I have your minds working overtime… until then…
