Got three minutes? Got hours and/or days to ponder its message after reading this post?

This past week while reading Acts again, I gained a fresh insight that showed me that the Holy Spirit is the great mouth filler. I received this revelation when I read Acts 1:16.

“Brothers and sisters, it was necessary that the Scripture be fulfilled,
which the Holy Spirit foretold by the lips of David…”
Acts 1:16 (Amplified Bible)

And then later…

who by the Holy Spirit, through the mouth
of our father David, Your servant, said…”
Acts 4:25 (Amplified Bible)

Was David the isolated person in the Scriptures to receive this supernatural mouth filling? By all means no. Read through the 28 chapters of Acts and see the Holy Spirit time and time again speak through plain, ordinary people’s bold, anointed words that brought about incredible revelations, salvations, healings, miracles, and deliverances.

Here’s one spectacular aspect of these mouth fillings. The Holy Spirit can fill the mouth of ANY and EVERY believer! In fact, in one place in Acts, we read about the Holy Spirit speaking through a couple of Jesus lovers who were described as being unlearned and ignorant men. (Acts 4:13) This gives me major hope!

I am writing this post with a two-fold purpose.
1. Reread Acts and, in doing so, write the words “Mouth Filler” in the margin of your Bible each time that you read about the Holy Spirit speaking through individuals.
2, Be conscience that the Holy Spirit is STILL the great mouth filler. Expect Him to continually fill your mouth with words that will baffle your mind, advance the Kingdom of God and damage the enemy.

Thank God for the great mouth filler!
